Eric Golden – Eric is the President and CEO of Imagility.  Before launching Imagility, Eric Golden was the Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Panavision Inc.  Prior to Panavision, Eric served as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel of the Washington Redskins and Vice President and Special Counsel to the Chairman for MacAndrews & Forbes Holdings, Inc.  He received a J.D. from Harvard Law School and B.A. from Brown University.

David Pringle – David is Chief Technology Officer of Imagility and its subsidiaries. Lightning Strikes and American Theatre Products.  David started in the film industry as a camera assistant in 1965.  In the 1970’s, he became a partner of Technovision Cameras working in Rome and London. David came to Los Angeles in 1979, and in 1984 founded Optech, Inc., which later became Lightning Strikes, Inc., with the goal of designing, building and renting specialized light fixtures.  David has received two Technical Achievement Awards from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and a Primetime Emmy from the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences for the development of Lightning Strikes and SoftSun.  David has also been an inventor for numerous patents related to lighting and optics.
